At this time, Sage Cloud Payroll does not support the reporting of tips on the Relevé 1 (RL‑1). As a result, tips will not print in Box S on the RL‑1 generated from the system.

If you are required to report tips for Revenu Québec purposes, we recommended as a workaround to:

• Manually prepare and file the RL‑1 outside of Sage Cloud Payroll, ensuring tips are correctly reported in Box S, or
• Work with your accountant or tax professional to generate and submit the RL‑1 using an external method from the Revenue Quebec website that supports tip reporting for instance.

You can continue using Sage Cloud Payroll for regular payroll processing, but the RL‑1 produced by the system will exclude tips due to this current limitation.
