GST paid on imported goods

Hi! 
 We imported machinery from Germany and received K84 from CBSA for GST payment. I'm trying to find out how I should post this document. I'd appreciate your advice.

Is it an invoice or was it paid already? I would set up a vender CBSA and enter a purchase invoice. You can just use the GST paid on purchases account to enter the gst if it is the only line item or enter the other items and add the tax code and override the gst amount. Then just pay it however you normally pay it.
