Good Morning!

Recently we've run into an issue, where a journal entry needs to be added under December 2018. According to the Sage 50 team, we'd need to restore from an old backup, do the journal entry, then manually enter all the data that comes after it - apparently a partner would be able to help us, but no partners are listed under the http://sagepss.com/Solutions.aspx?p=6 website. 

Has anybody ran into this situation before? We'd rather have somebody move the data then manually re-enter it.
