Hello! Looking for some advice/help!

My mom uses Sage 50, but has recently been hospitalized so I have been helping with some of her clients until she is better (I used to work for her, so know the basics). Unfortunately, her computer completely crashed today. I will be sending it in to be repaired, but I'm on some tight deadlines. Is it possible to download and install her account on my own computer so I can continue the work? I have her account info and I believe hers has Multi-User mode - I just can't access anything on her computer for any sort of "setup" from that end. 

Will be calling Sage in the morning during their support hours, but ANY help or insight would be appreciated.
