I have just purchased the software and am trying to download. It is asking me for a serial number which I do not have. It says that I can get it from the Customer Portal. When I log onto the portal, I clicked on Activation Codes but it states The system cannot determine the products I own. I just want to install the software so I get my bookkeeping up and running. Is there a solution to this issue?

    Just checking in to see if you were able to locate your Sage 50 serial number and activation code! Sometimes, after logging into the Customer Portal, you’ll need to click on the Sage 50 product icon and use the dropdown menus to select your specific edition—this should display your serial and activation codes.
