Sysadmin password

The sage 50 pro accounting 2013 is now asking for a password, it didn't before. I didn't set up a password but now I cannot get into company at all. Has anyone else encountered this and is there a way around it?

Hi Monty,

Password is setup on each individual data file but not the whole software. If you are unable to recall the sysadmin password of that particaluar data file, please give us a call by 1-888-522-2722 or come on chat (http://na.sage.com/sage-50-accounting-ca/support/live-chat). We will walk you through the steps of overriding the password.
