Version number for Sage 50 CA 2014

Hi All,

i am trying to import a bunch of invoices using "sage_SA_Import.exe."

the application keeps returning an "invalid version and country code" error.

the database is a Sage 50 CA 2014 database and the version is "21001," country code is needless to say "1."

i have verified the version umber by exporting a couple of account records.

any hint?

    Hi Ryng,

    The note on page 5 of dev-import.pdf  "The current import file version is 12001" seems to be still true.

    The spec is a minimum version for the program that is doing the import - i.e. if the version in the import file is 12001, that tells the SA program that the program has to be compatible with file version 12001 or higher.  

    If Sage has produced a newer version of the import file structure spec, program or DLL, it's been kept Most Secret. 

    I hope that helps,
