I am getting an error when I am trying to backup Sage:

Backup failed: Could not create a temporary file used for backup.

I've run the verify Advanced Database Check. No errors found

As far back as a few months ago, the error log reports that the database was not shut down normally. "Restoring possible half-written data pages from the double write"

Before that, "Error in my_thread_global_end(): 2 threads didn't exit)

From there, it seems that increasingly InnoDB is having difficulty with log sequence numbers.

I'm worried now that the database is corrupt?

any advice or help appreciated.
