New Purchase Order window opens minimized

Hello,

We have problem - When open a purchase order the Creating Order screen is minimized in the task bar. Right click on minimized window and select Maximize to make it visible. However if you click on the icon to make it a window instead of full screen it goes back to minimized.

Some ideas how to solve it? It's happening only for one user.

Thanks.

    Hi Indrek,

You can also run DButil to Clear Windows Position.

Please run it locally by copying your data to your local workstation first.

You can follow the setps below to run DButil

    1. Backup your data from Sage 50.
    2. Close the program.
    3. Click on Start, then:
      • XP: My computer
      • Vista/7/8: Computer
    4. Browse to C:\Program Files\(Sage 50 installation folder)\
    5. Locate the Sage_SA_dbutil.exe inside the folder.
    6. Double-click Sage_SA_dbutil.exe.
    7. Click the Browse button in this Database Utility tool.
    8. Browse to the folder where your data file is located (the .sai file), select and open it.

Note: Ensure the file is locally on your computer, if it is on a server, copy the file on to the local machine to run the dbutil and then copy back to the server.

    9. Put check mark to the box of Clear Window Positions

Note: The window will remain on displayed until the process is complete. A window will appear stating that the tasks are complete.

    10. Press OK then close the window.
    11. Start Sage 50 to verify that the problem was fixed.

    Hope this helps.
