2019.0 Upgrade

-We received an e-mail in regards to what is new for release 2019.0 and it appears to be about the Sage 50cloud.  We are currently not using the cloud and are only using desktop versions.  When update Sage 50 on our desktops to 2019.0 are there any changes?

-Do we have to update to the cloud?

-What happens with clients that don't update if we do, or with clients that do update and we don't?

-Can we use multiple versions if needed?  We use the accountant version, so I am thinking we can use any versions the client is using.

-We have a client that said she updated to the new current version of Sage and is no longer able to go back to the previous year bookkeeping.  It appears that all information from previous year is lost and can only see the current year bookkeeping.  Has this been noted by someone else?
