Simply Accounting Pro Version 9.0

Question

Hi All, 
 We are trying to install Simply Accounting Pro Version 9 to a Windows XP environment but we are getting this kind of message (image attached): 
 May we ask if it is still possible to install this application? Thank you. 
 PS: We have a licensed key code for this.

Hi @CTISYSAD, Thanks for reaching out. Are you still experiencing this issue? While looking through our archived articles, I didn't get an exact match for the message you received. But did come across the notes that : 
 
 When an old version of Sage 50 is usually set to inactive by the Sage servers, a manual activation while entering the activation key is necessary 
 
 If this software was registered, Sage would have emailed the activation information:

Company Name

Account ID 
 
 Prior to 2010, this would have been 7 digits. Now it's a 10-digit number starting with 400xxxxxxx.

Serial Number 
 
 Key Code (Activation Code) 
 
 Activating your Sage 50 Application (Keycode) 
 
 In the main company window, click the Help menu then select Activate Sage 50. 
 A registration window will appear. Click on Activate Now . 
 Enter the Company name . 
 Enter the Serial number. Serial Numbers do not use the letters 'I' or 'O', these are always the numbers '1' or '0'. 
 Enter the Account ID. All digits. Remove any leading or ending whitespaces (use your cursor to see detect them as they are otherwise not visible to the naked eye). 
 If your computer is connected to the Internet, Click Retrieve my Key Code from Sage 50 online. 
 Select OK . 
 If your computer is not connected to the internet: Select Use this Key Code. 
 Enter the Key Code .
 Note: Key Codes do not use the letters 'I' or 'O', these are always the numbers '1' or '0' and you don't need to type dashes. 
 
 Select OK . 
 If you get any error messages, then please read what the error message and react accordingly. 
 If you get the error message "The information you have entered is invalid: 
 Please make sure you have entered the right Company Name, Serial Number, Account ID, and Key Code correctly". 
 Try to delete everything and re-enter all the information again. 
 If the problem persists, it may be because you are not matching the same product year version or the right serial/keycode for the right year version. 
 
 How to verify if Sage 50 is activated with proper information 
 
 Select Help, About Sage 50 <version> , then Support info.
