Sage 50 2008 Needing to be Upgraded to Sage 50 2024. Downloaded 2015.3 and there is a Connection Manager problem

Sage 50 2008 Premium Version, Needing to be Upgarded to Sage 50 2024. Downloaded 2015.3 Premium and there is a Connection manager Problem. 
 I need to know where the issue is.

Hi Gregory W Hunt , Thanks for reaching out. Data files from Simply Accounting 2008 to Sage 50 2013 can directly convert to Sage 50 Canada 2024, as long the PC has Sage 50 2014 or Sage 50 2015 (bridge) installed on the PC. No need to pre-convert the file to 2015 - just open the file in the latest version of Sage 50.
