Sage 50 Premium

I have used Sage for many years. A month ago I had my computer hacked requiring a factory reset.

I backed up everything to an external hard drive. I have my original disc with serial numbers and activation code.

When I finally uploaded my data files, I got an error message saying that I needed an upgrade. I don't want to do that if it is going to cost as I am close to retiring completely ASAP.

Any ideas would be appreciated.  Thanks

    If you wish to get some help you will have to provide a lot more information. At the moment the first response might be to turn on your computer but I think you are probably way beyond that point. Which Edition of Sage 50 (Pro, Premium or Quantum) and which version (2015.1 or much newer 2024.2)? What was the last thing you did in Sage 50 and did you get any error messages? When you try to open Sage 50 what happens? Anything else that might give a clue as to what you have tried and the results.
