Sage only keeps the current year and the previous years install files on their servers. You can check on your computer in these two locations:

C:\Sage\Sage 50 Accounting Installer Files - CDN Release 2020.0  or C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sage Software\Simply Accounting\Download

If you cannot find your installation files please contact us at 1-866-467-2883, or [email protected] or https://agateconsulting.ca There is a small fee for our services.
