Error Message as follows - to complete this action, you need to restart sage 50 and login as sysadmin, which is the login of the data owner.
this is a shared company and as sysasmin I am able to open the updated 2025.1, but my shared users get the above message on their computers. I completed the action on the other user computers but then we receive a message that says only one person can be logged in as this user, so only one person can under my login
Besides completing the above error message issue, I have tried:
Restored my sage from a backup and reshared the system to the users - still receive error
Uninstalled and reinstalled sage from other users computers - still receive error
The sage system also thinks my shared users are logged in so I am unable to switch to single user mode
