2025.1 upgrade problems

We have done the upgrade and have done multiple backups, downloads and have found the right file for sharing but cannot perform the remote access step as we get to a certain point and an error window pops up stating "overwrite failed.  May be due to another user accessing file"  There is no other person other than sysadmin.

      • If your file is stuck in the cloud, it may take up to one hour for the profile to disconnect automatically. Please avoid attempting to open or log in to the file during this time, as this could restart the timer.
    4. Remote Data Sharing Setup:

      • Ensure all prior reset attempts or conflicting files in the SAJ folder have been cleared. Our support team can help verify this during a session.
