Having a Sage cloud account is not the same as a Sage 50 software desktop account. If you are referring to Sage 50 desktop with remote data access (RDA) access to the cloud, then the serial number is in the main Help menu in Sage 50, About Sage 50, Sage Support Information. Hope this helps!
