Last Time Purchased - Inventory item

I am looking for a report that identifies the last date an item was purchase.

Janet This only works if you run Quantum and have Vendor Specific pricing/information set up for all items. Pro and Premium users do not have this option and there is currently no report that shows last…

Go to "Inventory & Services" module.

Choose the inventory item you want info on.

Choose the "Statistics" tab.

Bottom of the page says" "Date of Last Sale:"

The Statistics Report can also be ran through the report center.

When you modify the report, at the bottom of the Report Options screen you can select Report On "Latest Transaction" and the last date of sale will now print on the report for each item number
