I have never used the inventory in sage before, but would like to start, as our current method of keeping tack is outdated and often incorrect.

Now my problem is when previous bookkeeper switched over to SAGE almost 10 years ago, they created a huge amount of inventory items, but never really used them correctly, so there are many items in the negative, some in huge quantities, some with nothing (really just a big mishmash).  

Now the inventory hasn't been touched in SAGE for the past 5 years, and I would like to start using it properly - hopefully in the new year.  Is there a way to remove everything and start fresh?
