i can't figure how to correct this error that keeps coming up when i'm trying to change to the new year. 

it says:

total vale of your inventory items linked to 1520 category A does not equal current balancer of accoutn 1520 category A

it then gives a value of over $400K total value of inventory items, and $300K current balancer of 1520 category A.

it then states either your inventory item historical info or the opening balance of accoutn 1520 category A, or both are incorrect.

i have called the support line and no answer.

i have emailed the sage support over 5 business days ago and no reponse. 

i'm screwed right now as i can't invoice for 2025 sales. it's crippling my business.

can anybody help PLEASE?
