i just started with sage 50 5 months ago. i can't close year end because i get an error saying the total value of inventory items is 

not the same as the 1520 Category A items. the value is over $100k differance. so can this be solved. i've called sage multple times and can't get someone on the phone, i have emailed sage and got a ticket opened up and that was over 5 business days ago and no reponse. i need to figure this out as my business is at a stand still because i can't invoice anything out for 2025 until this gets resolved. HELP PLEASE
