General Ledger.xlsxRemittance Detail.xlsxRemittance Summary.xlsx

I have attached three files about remittance for  April 1 - 15. I would like to know which amounts I should enter for the CRA and RQ. 

I have highlighted the different amounts that are shown in the excel files to see which ones should be entered.
