ROE Web Error

Simply validated the file and I saved the bulk for the one employee. ROE web indicated an error which was the the most recent pay period(6) had 0.00. I also noticed that Pay Period 1 was not the corrected amount. I was able to manually correct Period 1 and 6 but I would like to know why this occurred. This ROE was easy as it was for 1 person who had only 6 pay periods.

Hi MMURPHY,

For the number in the P.P boxes of Block 15C, you will have to double confirm with your Employee Details report with EI insurable earnings column added to the report. You will have to adjust them if you find any discrepancy. Otherwise, if you select the check box of 'Validate this completed form when I click Save' and then hit Save, the ROE is validated even though your numbers in the P.P boxes are not correct.
