Entries made in account are not showing up in reconcile accounts

hello I am making my entries in Banking, using the correct account, correct dates, etc and they all show up correctly in my general ledger, but when i go to reconcile account, there is nothing there except the first entry. 

I have been using Sage for many years and have not run into this issue before. 

I even deleted and reentered them and still no change.

    I know its a year later, but I had the same issue today. This company has been in sage50 for 22 years. I kept adding the entry and it would not appear in recon, but it was balanced. When I deleted it multiple times and re-entered, same deal. I finally exited, reopened sage50, deleted and re-entered it again and it worked. Maddening. All dates, accounts, etc were correct. Not like this is the first oddity I've encountered with Sage50 - but this wasted an hour and half and was super frustrating.
