Disappearing Columns in Match Transaction window

Hi, 

I was working in Match Trans window yesterday, and all columns were available. I open it today, and all columns but "find a match" have disappeared. I've tried restoring under view, I've dragged find a match column over, closed and reopened program. I can't find anything related in settings... How do I fix this??

    Did you end up resolving this issue? I don't see a record of a support ticket. Since you've already tried View > Restore Window, here are a couple of articles that may offer a way forward:

    Hi Erzsi - I was able to resolve. I called in to tech. They were able to remote access my computer. It was actually a glitch in the system populating the columns. I don't remember the exact final fix but it was a simple 'reset' to a specific file for the desktop version.
