Did you end up resolving this issue? I don't see a record of a support ticket. Since you've already tried View > Restore Window, here are a couple of articles that may offer a way forward:

•  How to match transactions after setting up Sage Bank Feeds – includes details on how the Match Transactions layout should behave, and filters that can affect what’s shown.
•  Match Transactions is greyed out – useful if some features are unresponsive or if there’s a setup/config issue with the bank feed.

If your screen layout still isn’t restoring fully, our support team can help confirm your version and dig deeper into the UI behavior. And if anyone else has seen this, feel free to chime in!

Hi Erzsi - I was able to resolve. I called in to tech. They were able to remote access my computer. It was actually a glitch in the system populating the columns. I don't remember the exact final fix but it was a simple 'reset' to a specific file for the desktop version.
