Matching deposits from bank to Sage

 Release 2025.2 (32.1.0.2)is the sage version.

I have uploaded the bank transactions to sage 50 and I have matched some transaction but i am having trouble with the deposit side the matching the bank to sage when i go to match the place for me to put a check mark is greyed out. i have tried it in my profile and also the Sysadmin profile to see if it was a permission thing but that is not the problem.

    Hi Trina, 

    The reason you cannot select any line is because there is no Sage 50 transaction that matches the amount $13,282.99

    Here’s why:

    • Sage 50 only allows you to select a transaction if the amount matches exactly.
    • The message in your window above the list of transactions states:
      “Select the Sage 50 transaction that matches the transaction from the bank statement. The amounts must be the same.”

    So while you can scroll and view transactions, you cannot select any because none match the specified amount.
