In the Reconciliation & Deposits module, I was able to suspend or save my work and then later, return to finish the reconciliation. As soon as I enter the g/l account number, there's a pop-up message that reads as follows: "Another user [email protected] has locked account 2133 Visa 0293 for reconcilation. You will not be able to edit the reconciliation info until [email protected] has finished working with the account." I am the only user with this email address. I can work on all the other accounts except for this Visa record.
What should I do?
