Question

How do I create a report that show when a customer last paid, for all customers. 
 I'd like to run this report monthly.

 Thanks for your question! To create a report that shows when each customer last paid, you can use the Customer Aged Report in Sage 50, which can be customized to include the last payment date. Here&rsquo;s how you can set this up and run it monthly: 
 
 Go to Reports & Forms > Receivables . 
 Select Customer Aged Report. 
 Customize the report settings to include the payment information you need, such as date range and specific customer details. 
 Save the customized report format so you can easily run it each month without reconfiguring the settings. 
 
 Additionally, you can use Customer Statements to provide detailed information on what each customer owes. Customer statements can be generated regularly to keep your customers informed of their account status.
