Custom layout of Departmental Reports for Income Statement

My boss wants a side by side layout for comparison reports, but I can't get it to load correctly.  I have made a template that I have to copy info back and forth to but it is very time consuming. Kind of want it to look like the picture I have attached.Comparitive Income Statement.pdf

    I see you need a departmental income statement with each departments showing 2 columns, one for each year.

    Sage 50 does not have an option for this. It can give you either a departmental report for a single period, or multiple period, but with departments on row instead of columns.

    The option of copy pasting in Excel is valid, but that is a lot of error-prone work to do every time you need to update the report.

    Another option is to consider a third-party product such as Logicim XLGL which will allow you to have this report created in Excel once and then easily updated by clicking a button. If this is an option you are willing to consider, you can contact me and we can discuss it further.
