I was trying to start a new fiscal year from 2023 April 1 to 2024 March 31. However, an error message popped up and stop me from doing so. What should I do? Thank you

Restore from Backup: You can restore your company file from a backup if you have one available before attempting to start the new fiscal year.
Advanced Database Check: To run this, go to the Home window and select Maintenance > Advanced Database Check. This will help identify and resolve issues with your data.

I tried both method. I restored from a backup file, same problem. Did Advanced database Check, passed, but still can't start a new year. Same error message. Any other way to solve this? Thanks
