Purchase Automation Email Bounce Back

Hi there,

I set up an email account to auto-forward copies of receipts to the Purchase Automation email associated with our account. Initially this seemed to work, but now the Purchase Automation email is blocking any emails sent to it. The account with auto-forward set up had 7,773 bounce back responses (there were only 10 emails max forwarded to the account). Below is the body of the bounce back email from [email protected]:

When trying to forward a receipt from a different email this is the bounce back response I receive from Outlook:



I tried disabling and enabling the app, but that didn't fix the issue.

Please advise.
