I am just starting to bring the bookkeeping in house but our accountant added everything manually. We record and accept payments from our customers through an online database. When I export the CSV file to match the Sage template and import requirements, it just hangs there for hours. Even if I try and upload 1 days' worth of sales data, it won't work.
I have ensured the data fields match, the file size is not too large, and there are no errors.
Is there a trick or am I missing something?
