Partial payment option for clients

I am trying to find a way for clients to be able to pay a portion of their invoice when they have access to it. The only option that is available is pay now and nowhere can the amount be changed. We are using Paypal as our payment option and after speaking with them (because I was told it's what I should do after a chat) they confirmed that it is something that Sage need to program within the payment setting. I did find some information after doing a search online but I can't find anything to enable the partial payments.

    Thanks for your question—it’s a great one! You're correct that when using online payments (like PayPal via the "Pay Now" button), customers are typically prompted to pay the full invoice amount. However, partial payments can still be processed manually through the Receipts module in Sage Accounting.

    Thank you very much for your response, unfortunately the link does not open properly. I even tried with an online search and the same link does not work either.
