QTY Column Missing

I'm a service based business and I have selected the below "Service Based" invoicing template:

You'll notice this template clearly shows a Qty column and breakdown.

However my invoices only show "Sales Tax" and "Net". According to the chat bot Services don't have the ability to show a Qty column on the invoice. Why is the template showing a Qty and more importantly, why is Sage (a major accounting software) not aware that when I invoice my clients for my services I do it by hourly and my clients like to see the quantity of hours per service... this seems like a very strange thing to limit? Unless I'm missing something here...

    Thanks for reaching out. The Pepper(Service) template is set to display Item, Cost, Discount, Sales Tax, and Amount (Net)

    If you prefer to show Qty on your sales invoice, switch the template to one of the Product templates.

    Thanks Jselemani, unfortunately as I mentioned in my message while the template shows that it includes cost in reality when using that template it only shows "Sales Tax" and "Net"

    Even clicking "Preview" from the template page shows just the two columns:

    This also doesn't ignore the fact that even service based businesses need to show the quantity on the invoices. In your example sure "Training One Hour" has the words 1 hour, but what if I had a client that booked 2 hours? Are you suggesting I have a bunch of "Training One Hour" "Training Two Hours" "Training Three Hours" options when the feature to have "Qty" already exists? What about 1/2 hour bookings?

    Seems strange to me given the experience Sage has with accounting to limit this. Every accounting/invoicing software shows quantity as a default. 

    I did select a Product template but again that's deceiving since this insinuates that Sage thinks only products have a quantity component, when services very much do as well.
