Question

I keep getting an incorrect credentials when trying to add my bank to accounting. I called my bank and they said it was not them that was causing the problem. What do i do now?

 One thing I will sugget to verify the URL link before selecting the bank 
 
 Open the bank account to connect 
 In the search box, start by typing your bank name 
 From the result page, verify the URL
