Sage screen scrolling issue on Chrome

Question

Is anyone else having problems when scrolling through sales or purchase ledger screens? 
 When i scroll on my pc it takes me down to the bottom of the page in one click and wont go back to the top.

 Thanks for raising this. I have not found an exact match for the scrolling behaviour, but the How to fix common browser issues article looks like a good starting point for Sage Accounting browser-related problems. 
 Please try the following in Chrome: 
 
 Clear your cache and cookies. 
 Make sure cookies are allowed. 
 Sign back in and test the sales or purchase ledger screen again. 
 If it still happens, try the same screen in another browser to confirm whether it is specific to Chrome. 
 
 If the issue continues, please let us know whether it happens on all sales and purchase ledger screens or only certain ones. 
 If anyone else in the community has seen this same scrolling issue in Chrome, please share what worked for you.

Thanks for sharing your experience&mdash;I'm sorry to hear you&rsquo;re both running into the same scrolling issue, that definitely sounds frustrating.

As a starting point, could you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies , then logging back in to see if that improves the behaviour?

I&rsquo;ve checked in with our Sage Accounting team, and this appears to be something that may require a closer look at the customer-side data or specific environment setup to better understand what&rsquo;s causing it. 
 
 In the meantime, could you please confirm whether you&rsquo;ve already reached out to Sage Support via chat from within your product? They&rsquo;ll be best placed to investigate this with you directly and gather the details needed to diagnose the issue. 
 
 If you haven&rsquo;t yet, you can access this via the Help option in your Sage Accounting product.

We&rsquo;ll keep an eye on this thread as well&mdash;if anyone else in the community has experienced something similar or found a workaround, please feel free to jump in and share.
