Desjardins Ontario

Question

I can easily connect without any issue with my Desjardins accounts in Quebec.
I recently moved in Ontario, and opened a business account with Desjardins ONTARIO, which is I believe either affiliated, or just named, "Desjardins Ontario Credit Union"
That business account is not seen when trying to connect through the Desjardins link.
I could not find any link for Desjardins Ontario Credit Union.
My subscription is Sage Intacct Canada (online) - Accounting Start

Just an update, we have determined that Desjadins Business Account. You can add this as a suggestion, but for now use the Import Bank Statement process

 The Intacct Community team will be much better equipped to help you troubleshoot the bank feed connection for Desjardins Ontario Credit Union specifically.
