thanks , I have successfully imported.I need a feature to add up specific gl accounts. Existing categories do not cover this & additional categories cannot be added. 

Example - I have 5 GL accounts for different expenses, office related. I want a report to always include them together with a total 

Office & Administration   ( this would be the total of the GL accounts listed below)

Office Rent

Postage 

Telephone 

 Internet 

Supplies  

I have several of these "groups" to manage

Marketing Expense Group

Grant Revenue Group
