  • Hi Nick

Here’s my advice on how to optimise your website for Search Engine Optimisation focusing on backlinks.

If you have spent some time optimising your website with on-page SEO, like keywords it is now time to focus on technical and off-site SEO.

    Backlinks
Backlinks are when another website links to your website. They can help with your rankings as Google looks at backlinks as a vote of confidence in the quality and relevance of your content.

Having backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites are more valuable. There are lots of free tools to check your backlinks online—once you know how many you have, why not try some of the following to increase your number?

    • Build company profiles on platforms like LinkedIn
    • Guest blogging on other websites
    • Articles in local press media
    • Create listings on business directories
    • Link out to certain businesses and ask them to return the favour
    • Get links from suppliers

  • Optimizing your website for SEO is a smart move. I'd recommend kicking off with keyword research – understand what your audience is searching for. Next, ensure your website's content is not only relevant but also engaging. Don't forget the power of meta tags and descriptions; they work wonders. And hey, if you're exploring expert help, I've heard good things about a Korean digital marketing agency. They're known for navigating the digital landscape seamlessly.

  • To boost your website's SEO, start by using keywords that match what people search for. Make your content fun and interesting, and ensure your site loads fast and looks good on phones. Get backlinks from trustworthy sites, update your content often, and use catchy titles and headings. This will help you rank higher on search engines!
