Hi Andy,
I set up a partnership tax return 2-3 months ago, checked today and seeing that it is now available, I submitted the tax return. However it failed because the IR Mark was out of date. When I 'regenerated' the return and submitted again it failed again, this time because the amended return box is not checked. The problem is there is no way of checking the 'amended return' box. Can you offer any help with this please?

I believe that this issue may be due to the fact your submitted return was initially set up 2-3 months ago.
There has likely been a schema update issued since you completed the data entry, and if the data entry sections have not been revisited since the return was set up - the schema for your submission could be out of date.
Please can you re-open each of the 4 data entry sections, and select the option to Save Changes in the top right corner of each screen? This is applicable whether you are actually amending the data in each section or not.
Once you have carried out the above steps, attempt to resubmit your return.
If the return gets rejected again, please phone support so that our customer services team can investigate further.
