Thanks for using Community Hub.
You aren't able to integrate AutoEntry with Accounting Start I'm afraid. Your client would need to upgrade to either Accounting Standard or Accounting Plus to integrate with AutoEntry.

Once my client upgrades to Accounting Standard or Plus, how can we integrate AutoEntry with that? do you have a step by step infographic / help article to assist us ? or a video? Thanks very much indeed

To integrate Sage Accounting and AutoEntry, sign up for an AutoEntry account and connect it to your Sage Accounting software. Upload your financial documents to AutoEntry for data extraction, review, and approval. Then, import the approved data directly into Sage Accounting. Regularly upload new documents for processing and monitor the integration for smooth operation. If needed, refer to documentation or contact support for assistance.
