When I logged in to Client Management I had a popup to register for this webinar.
I would like to register for it, but it moves on to fill in a form asking about my business.

I tend to find that when I fill these in I start getting calls, which are unnecessary since I am already using the platform.
Can I register as an existing user rather than completing a form with my contact details on please?

In general it would also be helpful to allow simpler registration when we are signed in for this reason.

Hopefully this makes sense.

    We capture these details to ensure we can provide you with access to the webinar and can provide you with the best experience possible. As the webinars have a large amount of demand, we have one process for both new and existing customers to ensure all data is collected safely and securely. If you have previously submitted a form as an existing customer, then the details you used should auto-populate, meaning you won't have to re-submit all of your information.

    I completely understand their process and why they do it that way.

    I'm logged in and it definitely doesn't autofill my details:


    Not asking you to do anything further, I'll leave it there. 
    I have just had calls before when filling these in, even for the Sage rep to be surprised that they were calling me when I'm already using it Sweat smile
