Client Access

I have given my client access to sage but when they login it says they do not have the correct access to view the data. I have them marked as Full Access any ideas ?

    There is a setting in user management that will likely need changing for you. To get this changed our experts will have to log into your Sage For Accountants account to update this for you, please contact them on dedicated accountant line 0191 479 5999.
