I only use the Sage for Accountants version and have one Sage 50 Professional client who has been unable to invite me as their Accountant, despite trying several methods. My last resort is to go to their office, export a backup onto an external hard drive and then import that backup onto my Sage for Accountants so that I can work on their year end accounts. Is this possible? If so, is there anything in particular I should backup or is it just a case of taking a full backup of everything? Apologies if I sound less than competent - I just don’t have a lot of clients on Sage. Don’t know why. Thanks for your help.
