From our side, there are no known issues at the moment that would cause this level of slowness, so it definitely shouldn’t be taking that long to process transactions.

To help improve performance, I’d recommend trying the following:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Try accessing Sage Accounting in a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge)

These steps often help resolve performance-related issues like the one you’ve described.
