Morning,

I changed my business details a while back, and all fine.

My login email and billing email seem to be right, but I keep getting updates (like 'Update to your Sage for Accountants service' June 2026 from [email protected]) to the old email address.

I think it's just a mailing list type list email, rather than account email, that's not updated.

I tried going to Help > Chat, but just get the AI chatbot which is telling me to update it where it's already updated.

Could someone pass this on to be updated for me please?
