Errors with creating proposals - No preview or end documents being produced

Hi,

I have just signed up for an account and have run a few test proposals, but I am not getting a preview of the proposal or any final documents, there appears to be an error creating these?

I can only think it is a problem with the .pdf conversion/creation, but not sure.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi James,

    I hope you're well. 

    One thing we would always recommend if the preview is not loading would be to check the logo/banner sizes, both of these have a maximum size of 2000x2000px. This can sometimes cause those previews to not generate as expected and potentially cause issues with downloading the PDF files too. 

    If you do this and still experience some issues with this area, it may be worthwhile coming through to support using the chat-box in the bottom right hand side of the system so we can take a further look into this for you
