Errors in new MTD Service Text

The new MTD service schedule in GoProposal need proof checking.

The first letter of a sentence is lower case, and the word 'advice' is used instead of 'advise'. There is a letter 'y' missing from the end of 'liability', as well as the full stop.
There are also points where a bulleted list should have been used, but instead new lines were used.
There might be more wrong with it.

Yes, these can be edited manually, but that prevents future updates being applied, so that isn't ideal. It could do with being updated on your side.
This just doesn't look good on the first document a client receives, and looks rushed and unchecked.
