Has anyone managed to find a report (work around ) that supports the new legislation of going back 104 weeks to calculate the 52 week average pay rule for casual staff holiday pay.
We pay our casual staff monthly not weekly.

Hi,
Thanks for using Sage City.
I have checked this with our experts for you and they have advised If you would like to work out the average earnings your best option would be the Average Earnings and Working Hours which you can find out More Here >
This will give you the average monthly earnings, if you need to calculate the weekly value you can just times the average by 12 for a year (24 for two years) and then divide by the number of weeks (52/104) to get the weekly average.
